Kettle
Creek Marina - Port Stanley, ON
- posted July 25th,

Unbelievable, the most friendly &
courteous marina , we've ever visited. John & Fiona
were very helpful, and wonderful to be with. Clean,
and with fresh flowers in the "head," & shower
rooms. A welcome gift of decorator bar soap for the
wife. Wouldn't go anywhere else while in Port
Stanley. You'd think you were there very own, "
private guest." The local dockers were just as
friendly. Don't be fooled by the competition.

Wonderful destination. Very clean and
beautiful grounds. Docks are well maintained with
convenient and ample power and water. Perfect
location within the town ... everything is a short
walk - provisions, liquor store, beaches,
restaurants, shopping.

This is our second season with John &
Fiona at the Kettle Creek Marina and our family
loves it. The grounds are always perfect, the
bathrooms are always spotless and the location is
excellent for getting anywhere in Port Stanley on
foot. Being new to boating it makes me feel safe at
KCM as everyone is very helpful with securing the
boat and helping with docking. There is lots of room
for visitors and it is always exciting to meet new
people and see different boats. Thanks for
everything!

Kettle Creek Marina is easy to access
with good depths (we draw 6 feet) just above the
basquile bridge, and would appear to accommodate
boats up to about 50' (we are 42'). The grounds are
immaculately maintained by the couple who own, live
at and manage the marina. The restroom and shower
facilities are only surpassed by one other marina
we've visited in our extensive cruises of 4 of the 5
Great Lakes. It would be nice if the marina or the
town provided WiFi (interesting, you need a
connection to fill out a marina review). WiFi
connections are increasingly important for boaters
to conduct business, download weather, and keep in
touch with friends and family while out cruising.
The Library had WiFi but it was closed the day we
were there. We did find a restaurant where we could
connect.

Boat name: THE OFFICE We have visited
with John and Fiona many times over the years and as
always we were treated with nothing but the finest
cordiality and smoothest service. The marina and
facilities are always clean, well maintained and
user friendly. We frequently recommend Kettle Creek
to our boating friends without any hesitation and
describe it in the most glowing terms that we can
think of.
